This week was partly spent getting to know our members better and supporting them in their missionary efforts! Let me just say, the members here are true pioneers and their testimonies of the gospel are so powerful. We went out to help them, but I really came out of this week with more determination to do my part and a greater love for each of the people I get to serve with.  We also put a lot of effort into finding this week; doing some whiteboarding, contacting, Facebook, and other media work. Didn't see a lot come of it yet, but I know the Lord sees our efforts and that we will have success when its the right time.  As for a spiritual thought, I want to share a lesson I've been learning about the Gospel and repentance. The beautiful truth I've started to live by is that this gospel is a gospel of new beginnings . This week was amazing, we went on 3 exchanges in Osijek, Zagreb, and Split which meant a lot of driving but we saw lots of miracles. God placed His elect on our path and we went out and found them.  One of my favorites was a student from Mexico who has been recently trying to develop his own understanding of God. We talked for a while and got to know each other and then I asked how much he wanted to know God and what he was willing to do to gain that. He thought for a bit and realized he was willing to put God in a higher priority in his life and search for truth. I shared with him the Book of Mormon and bore my testimony that he would come to know his Heavely Father if he learned about him and sought him in prayer. He was so grateful that we cared enough to listen and share how he could come to know God and said he would read and pray. A second quick one happened today in Split while waiting in line for gelato.
